刘绍民
刘绍民,男,1967年9月生,博士,北京师范大学地理学与遥感科学学院/遥感科学国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。
近年来发展了结合通量足迹的多尺度地表通量与配套参数的观测系统、通量观测矩阵等卫星像元尺度地表通量的观测方法,研制成功我国第一台大尺度水热通量观测系统。在海河、黑河等流域开展星-机-地同步的地表通量多尺度观测实验,相关数据集在寒区旱区科学数据中心(http://westdc.westgis.ac.cn)和黑河计划数据管理中心(www. heihedata.org)上发布,已有千余人次下载与使用。结合多源的卫星遥感信息,构建了基于地表能量平衡方程、互补相关原理、数据同化的地表蒸散发遥感估算方法,应用于黄河、海河、黑河流域与毛乌素沙地等。基于多源、多尺度的地面观测数据,提出了一套较为系统与可操作的遥感估算地表蒸散发的验证方法,在海河流域进行了应用,并制定了《地表蒸散发遥感产品真实性检验》标准草案。先后主持和参加国家自然科学基金重点与面上项目、“863”、“973”、公益性行业(气象)科研专项、全球环境基金等三十余项科研课题,获省部级科技进步二等奖1 次、三等奖2 次,已公开发表论文100 余篇,其中近50篇被SCI收录。
