柏延臣，男，1972年生。北京师范大学地理学与遥感科学学院教授，博士生导师。主要从事定量遥感时空分析、不确定性和尺度问题研究。中国GIS协会理论与方法专业委员会委员、中国现场统计研究会空间统计学会常务理事。长期担任Remote Sensing of Environment、International Journal of Remote Sensing、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing、Remote Sensing，Stochastic Environmental Research and Risk Assessment、Sensors、中国科学、地理学报、遥感学报、测绘学报等国内外刊物审稿人，和国家自然科学基金、863计划等项目评审专家。
