张立福，男，博士，研究员，中国科学院遥感应用研究所高光谱研究室主任。北京大学地理学博士后、地质学博士后。武汉大学摄影测量与遥感专业本科、硕士、博士毕业。曾在日本、澳大利亚等国从事访问学者、高级访问学者研究。长期从事高光谱遥感理论及典型应用等方面的研究，已在国内外学术刊物上发表科研论文60余篇，其中SCI论文20余篇，EI论文30余篇。主持和作为研究骨干完成或在研国家自然科学基金、863、973等方面的科研项目30多项，发明专利3项，软件著作权登记5项。曾获得日本《京都市长奖》、新闻出版署科技进步三等奖等奖励。
现为中国遥感应用协会专家委员会常务委员，ISDE成像光谱专会副主任委员，中国载人空间站工程地球科学领域专家组成员，并担任30多种国际国内遥感领域核心刊物的特约审稿专家。
新型成像光谱探测理论、地物遥感光谱机理、高光谱遥感信息模型、光谱地壳理论与应用等。
