刘志刚，男，1976年生博士，北京师范大学副教授，博士生导师，主要从事植被叶绿素荧光遥感，植被高光谱遥感等方面的研究。主持国家863项目1项，国家自然科学3项，参加国家973、863、科技支撑等多项科研项目，公开发表学术论文30余篇，获得授权发明专利1项，软件著作权2项，担任国内外多个遥感学术刊物审稿人。
