曾红伟，博士，湖南衡阳人。中国科学院特聘研究岗位特聘骨干岗位（基础原创类），中国科学院大学硕士生指导老师。
他现任地球观测组织(GEO)全球农业监测旗舰计划(GEOGLAM)执委会委员、中国农学会农业信息分会委员、国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会数字农业专业委员会委员、中国遥感应用协会定量遥感专业委员会第一届委员会青年委员、《Chinese Geographical Science》编委会青年编委和《桂林理工大学学报》编委会青年编委。
